I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I have been for your support and that of your colleagues with whom I had a phone call with. Also the Facebook group. I was really struggling and I felt quite lost and did not know what else to do. Especially during the pandemic as there is nowhere to go to get support face to face.

To have your guidance, and your wonderful positivity come beaming over a video call picked me up at a point I really needed the support and reassurance.

Without this service I don’t know what I would have done. I fear I would likely have seriously considered stopping breastfeeding which I really didn’t want to do (baby only 12 weeks old now and was only 9 weeks when I spoke with you I think).

I’ve recommended the support group to everyone I know. I’ve donated too as I am lucky enough to be in a position to and I really was so grateful to have support at such a challenging time.

Even if this wasn’t a lockdown period I think the video call would have been a real life line for me. I was really teary and overtired (well still am) and so to be able to have a call while I was in my own home was really good. It meant I didn’t need to feel at all anxious.
